The Women's Service Club is a local, non-profit volunteer organization. The Club is open to all women on the Island and meets on the second Monday of each month at 2:00pm at the Community Hall. This group participates in many service activities throughout the year and raises funds to assist in the upkeep of community services, including the Medical Clinic and Community Hall.
New members are always welcome!
The main fundraising event hosted by the Women's Club is the annual Easter Bake Sale at
the Community Hall.
Events include: the pie table, kids' table (with cupcakes, cookies, etc), plant table, raffles and a cake-walk.
The Women's Club is looking for donations of baked goods, Preferably:
- Pies
- Cakes (for the cake-walk)
- Easter Baking
This is a great way to contribute to the community! If interested,

The Women's Service Club also hosts social dinners three times a year; in Febuary, June and October. Tickets are $10.00 and are available at both stores. The dinner is open to all members of the community, however, there are only 50 tickets available, so get your tickets early!
