NEW FRESHLY-COOKED MEAL PICKUP SERVICE Tuesday December 17 Moved to December 19!

During winter 2019-20, the Saturna Community Club will be offering a freshly-cooked meal pickup service, with partial funding as a pilot project from CRD. All meals will be $10 and designed to be eaten warm or reheated in a microwave or oven at your house. To be eligible for this service, you must meet at least ONE of the following criteria:1) senior, 2) post-surgery, hospital or medical procedure, 3) illness, injury or chronic physical/mental health problem. Meals will be prepared every Tuesday in a govt-approved facility, for pickup between 3-4pm at the Hall by either the recipient or a friend. Vegetarian option by request. Meals are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to high demand, we will be cooking 20-25 meals each Tuesday.
