Natalie Carney will present a photo-lecture of her journey with Syrian refugees and their families through Macedonia and Serbia this spring.
Natalie has spent 15 years in the Middle East, Afghanistan and Turkey as an independent journalist reporting for world wide television, radip and print media. She lives in Istanbul with her husband and three yrar old son Keenan. She is a frequent visitor to Saturna, visiting her aunt Pat Carney.
Admission is by donation to the church/library roof renewal. Light refreshments will be served.
